The Group of Soben Board was established in 90's with its joint venture facility specializing in the manufacturing of quality calcium silicate and fibre cement boards in People's Republic of China (PRC). To cope with both domestic demand and rapidly-growing overseas business, the group has established a network of offices to serve customers in different regions of PRC as well as global markets. Soben International (Asia Pacific) Ltd, with its headquarters established in Hong Kong, continuously strives to offer excellent service for overseas customers and foreign-invested projects in PRC. Soben International boards are exported to Hong Kong and most Asian countries, Japan, Australia, Europe, USA and Middle East regions. In line with the mission of continual improvement of the Company, Soben International (Europe) Ltd and Soben International (Singapore) Pte Ltd have been established in U.K. & N. Ireland / Singapore to spearhead the sales and marketing functions for Soben International Boards in these marketplaces, enabling customers to have faster and better support.

Being the leading enterprise of calcium silicate / fibre cement board, Soben Board has 3 production plants in PRC. The largest manufacture base occupies an area of 130 hectares in Kaiping, Guangdong. The machineries and equipment of the production lines in the plant were imported from Europe. With the Soben dedicated management team, experienced technical expertise in the board industry and strong financial support, its production capacity has reached 8 million square meters per year and continuously increasing new production facilities to meet the dramatically rising demand. A wide range of high performance building boards for fire rating functions and versatile architectural applications are made in compliance with international standards that include BS, EN, ASTM, KS and CNS, having been tested by worldwide accredited laboratories. Heavy emphasis is given to product research and development to ensure that Soben boards always stay ahead of the crowd.

The production plants are operated under the Soben Research and Technical Service Team led by qualified and experienced engineers. The commitment of environmental care is essential in line with the process of production. All Soben Boards are manufactured in a closed re-circulated system and most waste materials can be re-used. All Soben products are manufactured to ISO 9001 & 14001 and being awarded Environmental Product label by the National Environmental Protection Bureau.
